On your own time… Recommended Yoga Classes

While having the attentiveness of an experienced instructor available is ideal, the beauty of practicing at home is that you have more freedom to adjust your pacing or position. You can hold some delicious poses longer, skip others, and let go of the pressure of doing something just because you’re instructed to do so. Most of us are not symmetrical so you may want to press pause and hang out in a hip flexor stretch for awhile on one side. If your ankle is bothering you, skip a leg balance. Use your fists instead of palms if you experience wrist pain.
