Greenfield:

Tuesdays and Saturdays

Parking: Metered street parking on School St, Ames St, or in nearby public lots (free after 5 & wknds).

Enter on Main St. through yellow door between Hens & Chicks storefront windows. Building is on Main St at the corner of School St just west of Main & Federal intersection.

For appts after 5pm & Saturdays, you’ll need the Main St. door code shared in appt reminder. Once inside, walk up one flight of stairs (no elevator), continue down the hallway and turn left at the T. Our office waiting room is on the right, across from the public bathroom.

Shelburne Falls:

Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays

Parking: Upper lot behind McCuskers Market (big yellow bldg across the Iron Bridge). From State St, go up Clement St (between McCuskers and church) to parking lot in back of bldg. If lot is full, park on State St or elsewhere in town for free.

Enter via ramp from upper parking lot. Suite 6 is the second door on the right. For appts after 6pm, call when you arrive so I can let you in. The bathroom is the first door on the right — code is shared in appt reminder.

New clients

For new clients, my schedule is limited and I am primarily scheduling in Shelburne Falls only. Please call to inquire about working together: 413-475-4519.*

My phone is usually silenced but I will respond as soon as I am able (typically within 2 days). I do not respond to texts for first-time clients. Prior to working together we will briefly discuss your goals for receiving bodywork and do a complete intake during your session. 

Once scheduled, please read through confirmation email for all new client info. Upon receiving email confirmation, prepayment is expected for the first visit only.

Returning clients

You can schedule your next session(s) via text, email or at your appointment. Let me know if you’d like to be added to a waiting list.

There may be time after your session to stay and continue to unwind, stretch, hydrate, journal. If you’re interested in assisted stretching or going over yoga postures together- comfortable clothes are encouraged. To enjoy the post-massage no-mind state, you’re invited to take care of payment and any scheduling at the beginning of your session.

Payment

In my attempt to make receiving bodywork more accessible, cost for my treatments are all based on a sliding scale so you can pay the rate that is most comfortable for you each visit. Tipping is not necessary. If you feel inclined to offer more and have the means, you may pay at the higher end of my sliding scale. This is a service for your health not an indulgence. I will gladly provide receipts for employer reimbursement (HSA) or insurance, if covered. If cancelled prior to 24 hrs, you’ll be refunded.

Health Precautions and Cancellation Policy

Masking is currently optional. I may wear a face mask and am happy to wear one if preferred. We use HEPA air purifiers and disinfect surfaces after each use. I ask all clients to reschedule if feeling sick or have unknown skin rash. No cancellation fee for these circumstances.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for other reasons, please give at least 24 hrs notice or you will be charged for your session.
